About me

My professional development began as a commercial manager (5 years) followed by working as a consultant, trainer, and coach in the fields of leadership and collaboration (since 2001)
Today I´m highly motivated by accompanying people on their personal development path and by spreading and teaching mindfulness.
Important stations in my life:

• born in 1964
• Banking apprenticeship and degree in business economics (MBA)
  
• 7 years of operation-, management-, and project experience in industry and consulting
• Since 2001 trainer and coach (leadership, cooperation and communication)
• Since 2006 work as a psychotherapist and coach
  
• Married and father of 2 children

Education / Qualification

• Business graduate (MBA) and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy
• Internal development program (Coverdale and Diebold)
• 3-year training in Hakomi-Integrative Psychology
• 1-year training program for "Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie" according to "Heilpraktikergesetz"
• Many years of own yoga and meditation experience (Vipassana)
• Training in constellation work (Klaus Uhl), hypno-systemic counseling (G. Schmidt), pesso method (Uli Holzapfel)
