Body orientation

All our experiences are stored in our body

Via our body we have direct access to ourselves. It is therefore useful to integrate the body into psychotherapy. This can be achieved when exploring ourselves (e.g. asking the question “where in your body do you feel this impulse most strongly?”) or when defining a target state (e.g. "how would your body feel when you have reached your goal?").

In my work body-orientation is an integral part. Improvements can thus be made faster than by conversation only.
